I am Liz Karter MBE, considered a leading UK therapist in gambling addiction. I have over 23 years experience of successfully helping men and women stop gambling and start living healthier and happier lives.

In 2021 I was both touched and humbled to be awarded MBE for my work with gambling addiction in women.  This includes publishing three books on the topic and establishing women's recovery groups, as well as one to one therapy with women.  You may see me pop up occasionally on TV, radio or pod cast interviews, too. 

To meet the needs of my clients, my Harley Street London practice has now moved online. From my therapy room in my home town on the South Coast of England, I see clients across the UK and worldwide.
